Description: Crew Members work in a team environment helping serve our valuable guests. They may work in the kitchen, in the drive thru, on counter, or in the lobby. Duties will include serving guests with a friendly attitude and smile, preparing food, cleaning, and following McDonald's standards. We promote from within the Organization. Outstanding Crew Members may be offered a chance to join our management team where the training, pay, and benefits will be a reflection of your position and responsibility. All of our Store Managers have started from crew positions.
